你 要 寫 信 給 以 弗 所 教 會 的 使 者 ， 說 ： 那 右 手 拿 著 七 星 、 在 七 個 金 燈 臺 中 間 行 走 的 ， 說 ：我 知 道 你 的 行 為 、 勞 碌 、 忍 耐 ， 也 知 道 你 不 能 容 忍 惡 人 。 你 也 曾 試 驗 那 自 稱 為 使 徒 卻 不 是 使 徒 的 ， 看 出 他 們 是 假 的 來 。你 也 能 忍 耐 ， 曾 為 我 的 名 勞 苦 ， 並 不 乏 倦 。然 而 有 一 件 事 我 要 責 備 你 ， 就 是 你 把 起 初 的 愛 心 離 棄 了 。所 以 ， 應 當 回 想 你 是 從 那 裡 墜 落 的 ， 並 要 悔 改 ， 行 起 初 所 行 的 事 。 你 若 不 悔 改 ， 我 就 臨 到 你 那 裡 ， 把 你 的 燈 臺 從 原 處 挪 去 。然 而 你 還 有 一 件 可 取 的 事 ， 就 是 你 恨 惡 尼 哥 拉 一 黨 人 的 行 為 ， 這 也 是 我 所 恨 惡 的 。 聖 靈 向 眾 教 會 所 說 的 話 ， 凡 有 耳 的 ， 就 應 當 聽 ！ 得 勝 的 ， 我 必 將 神 樂 園 中 生 命 樹 的 果 子 賜 給 他 吃 。 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary. Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God. Revelation 启示录 2:1-7

你们务要常存弟兄相爱的心。不可忘记用爱心接待客旅。因为曾有接待客旅的，不知不觉就接待了天使。你们要记念被捆绑的人，好像与他们同受捆绑，也要记念遭苦害的人，想到自己也在肉身之内。婚姻，人人都当尊重，床也不可污秽。因为苟合行淫的人神必要审判。你们存心不可贪爱钱财。要以自己所有的为足。因为主曾说，我总不撇下你，也不丢弃你。所以我们可以放胆说，主是帮助我的，我必不惧怕。人能把我怎么样呢？从前引导你们，传神之道给你们的人，你们要想念他们，效法他们的信心，留心看他们为人的结局。耶稣基督，昨日今日一直到永远是一样的。你们不要被那诸般怪异的教训勾引了去。因为人心靠恩得坚固才是好的。并不是靠饮食。那在饮食上专心的，从来没有得着益处。我们有一祭坛，上面的祭物是那些在帐幕中供职的人不可同吃的。原来牲畜的血，被大祭司带入圣所作赎罪祭，牲畜的身子，被烧在营外。所以耶稣，要用自己的血叫百姓成圣，也就在城门外受苦。这样，我们也当出到营外就了他去，忍受他所受的凌辱。我们在这里本没有常存的城，乃是寻求那将来的城。我们应当靠着耶稣，常常以颂赞为祭献给神，这就是那承认主名之人嘴唇的果子。只是不可忘记行善，和捐输的事。因为这样的祭，是神所喜悦的。你们要依从那些引导你们的，且要顺服。因他们为你们的灵魂时刻儆醒，好像那将来交账的人。你们要使他们交的时候有快乐，不至忧愁。若忧愁就与你们无益了。请你们为我们祷告。因我们自觉良心无亏，愿意凡事按正道而行。我更求你们为我祷告，使我快些回到你们那里去。但愿赐平安的神，就是那凭永约之血使群羊的大牧人我主耶稣，从死里复活的神，在各样善事上，成全你们，叫你们遵行他的旨意，又借着耶稣基督在你们心里行他所喜悦的事。愿荣耀归给他，直到永永远远。阿们。弟兄们，我略略写信给你们，望你们听我劝勉的话。你们该知道我们的兄弟提摩太已经释放了。他若快来，我必同他去见你们。请你们问引导你们的诸位和众圣徒安。从义大利来的人也问你们安。愿恩惠常与你们众人同在。阿们。 Brotherly love must continue.
